Discussion Serious Talk About Why HFR & 120hz Has Worse Graphics

Let's discuss the promises made about the update to the hdmi 2.1 bandwidth and what 120hz modes are doing currently. With the current 32gb/s limit, enabling hfr (high frame rate) at 120hz means that you're compressing the graphics/image down to 422 at best and 420 or lower at worst. Afaik hfr is only available in 120hz modes, and is used to get a 40hz image for improvements with the image issues running 30hz on 120hz screen. 40hz is actually halfway to 60hz from 30hz. I'd like to get some help if possible with making comparisons where it's obviously apparent hfr looks worse or where rgb 444 can be shown looking better than yuv 422 or yuv 420, even with/without hdr or 120hz. Showcasing a game running RGB 444 vs YUV 420 side-by-side would be best. I know it's happening but can the eye actually discern it, and even when your game is 1080p etc the system supposedly automatically upscales to 4k (according to what Mike Cerny has said in the past). I'm unconfirmed if the upscaling is actually always taking place but it makes sense. If your system always upscales to 4k then this means there's compression when either

1 Anytime your bandwidth exceeds the current limit OR #2 Is it always the case,

or #3 Does a game set this? In the case of hdr needing more bandwidth vs sdr, and doubling bandwidth for 120hz vs 60hz, this is why we need an update. When in PS5 system settings even in 120hz mode my system says it's running RGB 444 Chroma in the home screen WITHOUT a game running in the background, but in the options below it also confirms that hdr and even sdr at 120hz can NOT run in RGB (uncompressed), and instead only offers YUV422/YUV420. However, open a game and minimize it and this changes to YUV compression showing what I mean, in my case I had GoW:Ragnorok open.

Now back to that promise I mentioned, I can quote it but it's easily found. Sony stated that they would eventually give us an update to the hdmi bandwidth issue "at a later time". This doesn't exactly guarantee a full 48gb/s bandwidth but even if they match the Series X at 40gb/s then we should be able to run uncompressed rgb in 4k the majority of the time. For those of us with a capable, quality HDMI 2.1 4k tv with high contrast and high brightness (nits), this kind of thing is partly why we have a expensive TV, why HDMI 2.1 has so much badwidth, and part of upgrading from a ps4 pro to a ps5.

Now if you don't know what all of that means please read this excelllent article on it by rtings, they are the definitively good source on tv and image quality info and it will get you up to pace quick. https://www.rtings.com/tv/learn/chroma-subsampling

Discussion What PS4 games do you think could realistically still receive a 60 FPS patch?

It might seem like the majority of games that will ever receive a 60 FPS patch have been updated at this point. However, Far Cry 5 just received a somewhat unexpected 60 FPS update to celebrate its 5th anniversary. I was planning on replaying this game on PS5 eventually but this makes it so much sweeter. What other games do you think could still get a patch down the line?

A few key things might be good indicators that a game could still be eligible for an update. For one thing, I believe Far Cry 5 was originally planned to include a Performance mode for PS4 Pro at launch, but it was cut from the final game. This recent patch might be based on that. Ubisoft seems to be pretty diligent about updating their games, quite a few of their games have received 60 FPS updates & there was also a recent fix for AC Syndicate's graphical glitches. Based on that, I would absolutely love if Watch Dogs 2 got a patch, but that leads to another indicator - games that sold very well & are still popular are probably more likely to get patches. I love Watch Dogs 2, but I don't think it sold very well, and Far Cry 5 is likely a little more deserving of the resources. I could MAYBE see Far Cry New Dawn getting a patch following 5's, since the games are presumably very similar in design, tech, etc. AC Unity is another possibility, as the game runs at an unlocked framerate with an unpatched disk copy, so we know that PS5 runs it at 60 FPS. Unity was a bit of a disaster from a PR perspective, so they may not want to relitigate any of that.

Atomix - Alberto Desfassiaux - Spanish - 95 / 100

Beyond nostalgia and of course, the importance of preserving history, I no longer find much reason to be. Capcom's work is almost impeccable and worthy of everyone's attention.

Attack of the Fanboy - Diego Perez - 5 / 5

Resident Evil 4 is not only a survival horror masterpiece, but also one of the finest video games ever created.

CGMagazine - Preston Dozsa - 9.5 / 10

For those who loved playing the original, Resident Evil 4 Remake is a fantastic reexamination of one of the best games ever made. For those who are experiencing it for the first time, it’s an excellent survival horror game that’ll make you want to play more.

COGconnected - Jaz Sagoo - 95 / 100

Although Resident Evil 4 remains true to its roots with some cringy dialogue, Capcom alters several elements to improve the overall experience. These range from narrative segments to gameplay mechanics and all of which refine the masterpiece to create the definitive version of the game.

ComingSoon.net - Michael Leri - 10 / 10

Capcom fundamentally understood why Resident Evil 4 is a classic and used that knowledge to develop a scarier and more action-packed version of the game that also honors the puzzle-oriented nature of the other installments. The harmonious fusion of these pieces has made it the ultimate Resident Evil game, a top-tier remake, and an overall masterpiece.

Console Creatures - Bobby Pashalidis - Recommended

Resident Evil 4 continues the trend of elevating an established series by iterating and improving on what made the original games so beloved.

Cubed3 - Neil Flynn - 7 / 10

It is difficult to not be blinded by nostalgia, especially when a game has been part of the ongoing zeitgeist of the franchise for nearly 20 years. Resident Evil 4 Remake is, by intention, an unfaithful love letter. The remake has changed certain story beats, altered movement, overhauled combat and revised the visuals. Those jumping in for the first time in 2023 may not understand the hype surrounding this particular entry in the series, but remember that a lot of modern games owe their DNA to Resident Evil 4, even if they have perfected it since.

Cultured Vultures - Jimmy Donnellan - 9 / 10

Resident Evil 4 is a worthy companion piece to survival horror royalty that's sure to go down as one of the year's best games.

Destructoid - Zoey Handley - 7.5 / 10

The best I can say is that it is an earnest effort at recapturing the magic, and it’s worth checking out. It remains, as it always was, maddeningly inconsistent.

Digital Trends - Giovanni Colantonio - 4.5 / 5

Resident Evil 4 finally gets the remake it deserves: a total reimagining that's every bit as bold and unpredictable as the original.

Digitally Downloaded - Lachlan Williams - 4.5 / 5

Despite failing to recapture lightning in a bottle, Resident Evil 4 remake stands on its own merits as a game of impeccable quality.

DualShockers - Elijah Beahm - 7 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake asks the bold question of whether you can perfect what many already consider perfection. While fairly competent at the basics, Capcom's latest remake has the least creative energy of its series revivals, leaving you wanting for much more.

Easy Allies - Michael Huber - 10 / 10

Capcom's new remake of Resident Evil 4 is a masterclass in horror, improving even on the legendary original work.

Enternity.gr - Panagiotis Petropoulos - Greek - 8 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake is really close to the original, correcting mistakes of its predecessors, but without being flawless.

Eurogamer - Aoife Wilson - Recommended

Keeping what works while reimagining what doesn't, this is about as good as remakes get.

Everyeye.it - Giuseppe Carrabba - Italian - 9 / 10

Exciting, recognizable and modern, Resident Evil 4 is the example of how to make a remake.

Fextralife - Yuria - 9 / 10

This classic title gets some much needed love in terms gameplay handling, graphics, combat and more. This remake provides a much smoother experience while still keeping that nostalgic feel. It's ode to keeping close to the original is what fans will appreciate, but now the experience will feel much more complete and more welcoming for newer players in terms of controls. A fun updated survival horror classic.

FingerGuns - Greg Hicks - 10 / 10

More than just another port or lazy remake, this version of Resident Evil 4 is everything you could ask for. It looks beautiful, but keeps its original feel. It has improvements that modernise yet don’t detract and, most importantly, is just as much fun now as it was back in 2005. A must-have for both series fan and latecomers.

GAMES.CH - Benjamin Braun - German - 92%

The new Resident Evil 4 is just one of the best game remakes so far. Capcom finds a fantastic way between modernizing the game and implementing new (and more comfortable) features on the one hand and staying true to the classic and various elements that Resi fans have fallen in love with. If you're a fan of the original or just like action-based survival-horror games, you need to play it.

GGRecon - Kiera Mills - 5 / 5

Simply put, the Resident Evil 4 Remake is as action-packed as the original and keeps to the same sincere vision whilst updating on graphics, controls and all the other modern comforts of gaming that we come to expect.

If you're a franchise fan that's been there from the start, come for the excellent reanimation of one of gaming's finest. If you're a newcomer, come for campy atmosphere and superlative visuals. Whatever you come for, be sure to stay for bingo.

Game Informer - Blake Hester - 9.5 / 10

The Resident Evil 4 remake is about everything I could've wanted.

Game Revolution - Mack Ashworth - 9 / 10

While there are some small niggles that I would have loved to see perfected, this remake exceeds expectations, perfectly balancing the action with the horror and cementing Resident Evil 4 as my favorite game in the series.

GameByte - Olly Smith - 10 / 10

It’s hard to really sell just how perfect Resident Evil 4’s remake is. You’d think after countless re-releases and ports that Capcom wouldn’t have the energy for this anymore, but not only has it treated the source material with the utmost respect, but has also paved the way for an experience that may even surpass the 2005 original.

GameGrin - Jase Taylor - 9.5 / 10

Capcom faithfully recreates their beloved masterpiece; the Resident Evil 4 remake will bring the classic story to a new generation and I firmly believe they will love it.

GamePro - Samara Summer - German - 93 / 100

Resident Evil 4 shows what a really good remake is made of and offers the best and extremely versatile action horror, even for newcomers.

GameSkinny - Bryn Gelbart - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake improves upon one of the most influential games of all time.

GameSpot - Kurt Indovina - 10 / 10

Capcom raises the bar for what a good remake is and simultaneously preserves Resident Evil 4's legacy as a genre-defining experience and one of the greatest games of all time.

GameWatcher - Neil Bolt - 8.5 / 10

Although Resident Evil 4 is a superb remake, it still exists in the shadow of what made the original so important. However, the parry system stands out as the most welcome change to the largely familiar proceedings. At its core, the game remains the same stupendous spectacle of action horror it always was, but with arguably even higher intensity.

GameXplain - Andre Segers - Liked-a-lot

Video Review - Quote not available

GamesHub - Alessandro Fillari - 5 / 5

The Resident Evil 4 remake features several smart choices that help it feel true to the original, but also shapes the adventure into something that overall feels more cohesive, modern, and thrilling than ever. It’s a stellar example of how to revitalise a classic.

GamesRadar+ - Leon Hurley - 4.5 / 5

The combat, while generally excellent, does also have some occasional irritations

Gaming Nexus - Henry Yu - 9.5 / 10

Capcom continues to push the Resident Evil franchise forward with their pristine remake of Resident Evil 4. Few words can describe how much love was poured into this well crafted survival horror experience that will continue to stand the test of time as a masterpiece.

GamingBolt - Shubhankar Parijat - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 perfectly captures the tone and strengths of the original game, while also managing to improve upon it in truly meaningful ways. In doing so, it once again becomes a standard-bearer for the survival horror genre, while also setting a new bar for Capcom as a developer, for video game remakes, and for the Resident Evil franchise as a whole.

GamingTrend - Richard Allen - 100 / 100

Resident Evil 4 was a 10/10 game when it was released and remains so to this day. Despite the years since its initial release, Leon's adventure has held up incredibly well thanks to a combination of fantastic gameplay, a fun story, campy characters, varied environments, and a lengthy campaign. Now with a new facelift which modernizes the gameplay while providing an incredible graphical update, adding thrilling new set pieces, and expanding the story, RE4 easily retains its spot amongst the best games ever.

Generación Xbox - Pedro del Pozo - Spanish - 95 / 100

Capcom demonstrates its mastery with the franchise with a title simply second to none in fun. This remake offers maximum respect for everything we liked about the original while leaving us fascinated with its renewed artistic design.

Gfinity - Luke Hinton - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 remake breathes fresh life into the beloved game, delivering a perfect upgrade on the gameplay, story, and aesthetics of a horror classic.

Giant Bomb - Dan Ryckert - 5 / 5

Capcom raises the bar for remakes – again.

God is a Geek - Lyle Carr - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake has done the impossible, and improved upon a masterpiece in every conceivable way.

Guardian - Keith Stuart - 5 / 5

This reimagining includes all the design knowledge of the whole series, from the awkward shuffling tension of the first version to the gory horror of Resident Evil 7

Hardcore Gamer - Adam Beck - 4.5 / 5

It may have been sold on seemingly every platform on the planet, but finally we have a proper remake to the 2005 classic.

Hobby Consolas - Daniel Quesada - Spanish - 92 / 100

The original was so groundbreaking that it even holds up with the guy today, but this remake shows that there was a lot of room for improvement. It doesn't matter if you knew Leon's original adventure or not, with this trip to "deep Spain" you will spend it like never before.

IGN - Tristan Ogilvie - 10 / 10

The Resident Evil 4 remake is the series' most relentlessly exciting adventure rebuilt, refined, and realised to the full extent of its enormous potential.

IGN Italy - Alessandra Borgonovo - Italian - 9.3 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake is a remarkable recreation of the original game, aimed at both the original players and the newcomers.

IGN Spain - Rafa Del Río - Spanish - 9 / 10

Resident Evil 4: Remake manages to improve the original proposal becoming one of the best titles in the series by its own merits.

Impulsegamer - Nathan Misa - 4.6 / 5

Resident Evil 4 Remake is a faithful reimagining that brings the beloved survival-horror classic into the modern era with a host of new features, content tweaks and graphical updates.

Metro GameCentral - David Jenkins - 9 / 10

More a reimagining than a straight remake but despite the difficulty of recapturing lighting in a bottle, this is both a loving tribute to the original Resident Evil 4 and a great game in its own right.

MonsterVine - Spencer Legacy - 5 / 5

Resident Evil 4 Remake is both an incredible game and a brilliant remake. Everything great about the original game is present and often expanded upon while its weaker parts have been smoothed out and improved. Once you get used to its slower pace, you’re in for a riveting and spooky thrill ride that you won’t be able to put down.

Noisy Pixel - Azario Lopez - 9 / 10

Resident Evil 4 remains a divisive entry in the series as it caters to fans of survival horror and action within a well-crafted gaming experience. The updated narrative, by far, makes this a solid entry as it fills in plot holes and provides character growth that wasn't present before. The atmosphere and level design only enhance the enjoyment, but the popcorn action structure of the final area hurts the overall pacing. Still, this is undeniably a stellar remake of an already fantastic game.

PC Gamer - Rich Stanton - 80 / 100

Resident Evil 4 remake is a great game in its own right, but can't hold a candle to the original.

PCGamesN - Edward Smith - 8 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake improves on the visuals, mechanics, and moment-to-moment experience of one of the best games ever made, but the source material casts an inescapable shadow, both in its renown and its treatment of its leading woman.

PSX Brasil - Ivan Nikolai Barkow Castilho - Portuguese - 95 / 100

Resident Evil 4 Remake manages to live up to the original classic, offering a campaign that has a constant feeling of newness. There are many changes, but the final balance is quite positive. It is a must-have title for any RE or RE4 fan.

PlayStation Universe - Michael Harradence - 9.5 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake is a masterclass in action-horror. The game not only maintains the spirit and gripping gameplay of the original, but expands on it with some meaningful mechanics and fleshes out areas that were previously lacking. Even if you haven't played the original version, Resident Evil 4 is easily one of the best horror games on PS5 right now and a must-have for your collection.

Polygon - Michael McWhertor - Unscored

For all of the rough edges that it smooths over, RE4 pulls off the same trick that RE2 did in 2019, making a groundbreaking but now dated game feel brand-new again.

PowerUp! - Leo Stevenson - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 was one of the greatest games ever made and the remake stands alongside it shoulder to shoulder.

Press Start - James Berich - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 translates a game already revered into an absolute masterpiece. The tension is heightened and the combat is stronger than ever, all while still maintaining the corny dialogue and humour that the original game was known for. While there are a few minor aspects missing, Resident Evil 4 is a strong example of what any remake should be and is well worth your time.

Prima Games - Shawn Robinson - 8.5 / 10

Whether you're completely new to the game like me or fully completed the game at release, Resident Evil 4 Remake offers all the tension and thrills you've come to expect from the franchise.

Push Square - Liam Croft - 10 / 10

Nearly 20 years later, Resident Evil 4 is just as much of a masterpiece today as it was in 2005. Capcom has faithfully remade a genuine classic by bringing it into the modern age and kitting it out with new content, tremendous combat, and striking visuals. What was there before was already enough to consider Resident Evil 4 one of the best games of all time, but now it earns that title in 2023 off the back of better environments and sublime action. This is Resident Evil at its absolute pinnacle; an utterly outstanding experience that will live long in the hearts of longtime fans while inducting a whole new generation of supporters.

Rock, Paper, Shotgun - Liam Richardson - Unscored

Part reimagining, part dutiful modernisation, the Resident Evil 4 remake is silly, bold and brash, sure, but unashamed of its past and happy to relish in its inspirations. The scale of what Capcom has achieved here is remarkable.

SECTOR.sk - Matúš Štrba - Slovak - 8.5 / 10

The final grade is actually a summary of different perspectives on the game, and I'll use a relatively fresh comparison to help. I consider Resident Evil 4 to be a better game than Dead Space, but that applies to the originals. The new Dead Space is actually a better remake than the new Resident Evil 4. Additionally, it's hard to shake off the feeling that there's missing content in the game. It's as if Capcom didn't learn from the criticism they received with the Resident Evil 3 remake. Despite all that, it's still a very high-quality survival horror.

Saudi Gamer - عصام الشهوان - Arabic - 9 / 10

A remake that adds as much as it subtracts and improves while also being a letdown in some cases. Still, this doesn't stop it from being an unforgettable, intensive experience, albeit an uneven one.

Saving Content - Evan Rowe - 5 / 5

Where RE2 and RE3 laid the groundwork for re-envisioning what classic games in this franchise (or any other) could be, Resident Evil 4 pushes all of that to new heights to create something that is simultaneously incredibly faithful to the original material, but updated in every meaningful way possible. This is the ultimate, hands-down, best version of the game you can possibly play. It’s a phenomenal achievement and it’s truthfully hard to imagine how CAPCOM could top themselves beyond this aside from whatever RE9 ends up being. I cannot recommend this game strongly enough. The hype is real, you should buy into it, and let it get its filthy meat hooks into you. There’s never been a better time to play Resident Evil 4, nor a better way to play.

Shacknews - TJ Denzer - 10 / 10

I say this without reservations: Resident Evil 4 remake improves upon a masterpiece in ways that will make it hard to go back to the original. It might very well be the most perfect horror-action game I’ve ever played.

Siliconera - Kazuma Hashimoto - 7 / 10

Capcom created a complete reimagining of Resident Evil 4 through this remake, which may leave some fans feeling lukewarm as it pivots further away from horror and straight into action.

Spaziogames - Domenico Musicò - Italian - 9.2 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake certifies Capcom's state of bliss. With a smart re-design of old areas, no more QTEs, knife management and a decisive step forward in graphics and sound design, the immortal classics returns with its best version to date.

Stevivor - Ben Salter - 8 / 10

The Resident Evil 4 remake is a darker, more intense and safely faithful remake of one of the greatest games of all time. It’s the best way to play for new players with updated controls and a modern styling. It avoids the missteps of RE3 remake by staying very true to its source material – so close that it's reluctant to make improvements for fear of changing too much.

TechRaptor - Samuel Guglielmo - 9.5 / 10

Resident Evil 4 is not only better than the original game, but it's simply the best Resident Evil game out there.

The Games Machine - Daniele Cucchiarelli - Italian - 9.1 / 10

A polished remake in every respect. Capcom has done an incredible job of expanding, enhancing, and modernizing a great classic, and the mission has been nailed in full ... minus a few marginal flaws

Giveaway (US) [GIVEAWAY] God of War Ragnarök - Digital

When I bought my PS5 I got a digital code for GOW Ragnarök. I've tried giving it away to a number of friends but they don't have a PS5 or are aren't in the US so the code doesn't work for them.

I searched this subreddit and found a few posts like this where people gave their codes away and figured I'd do the same.

I'll be using RedditRaffler to randomly select a comment. The only criteria is your account must be at least 3 days old to help prevent people creating a new account to join.

I'll come back and pick a winner tomorrow at noon (2023-03-18 @ 12:00) CDT.

P.S. I'm not a frequent user of this subreddit so I'm not sure if I used the correct flair.

Edit 0: This blew up way more than I ever thought it would.. I mean, it's just one code folks! That said, I've decided to add 2 more copies as long as I can find a way to buy a code instead of needing to ship a physical copy to the winners. If anyone knows where I can get the digital codes legitimately, please let me know!

Edit 1: I've not found a way to legitimately purchase more codes so I'm only able to give 1 away :( If someone knows of a way, please let me know!

Winning Edit: The winner is /u/FaithlessnessNo3385! I've sent them the code via private message :) Here's a screenshot of the result, as well as the RedditRaffler page itself.

Discussion Gyro aiming has ruined me!

So when I got my PS5, like many others, the first thing I played was Astro’s Playroom. At one point while aiming with something it used gyro aiming and I was like, “huh, that’s kinda neat” and didn’t think anything of it.

Then I while playing Horizon Forbidden West, someone on Reddit mentioned it really helped them hit weak spots with the bow, so I turned on gyro aiming and proceeded to platinum the game with it. “Huh, that’s pretty nice!”~100 hours

Next I played GoW Ragnarok with gyro aiming turned on and it helped me a ton while aiming at enemies and pots. ~70 hours “wow, I like this!”

THEN I tried Fortnite for the first time and turns out I really enjoy the game. And aiming with gyro aiming was a total game changer for me! “Gyro aiming is amazing!”~150 hours

Next I played Kena Bridge of Spirits and, “OH MY GOD I CANT HIT ANYTHING!!!” I feel like I’ve totally reprogrammed my muscle memory and it doesn’t help that the game is kind of brutally difficult.

Now I’m over here wishing every single player game has gyro aiming cause I like it so much! No real point to this post other than I thought I’d never use it, but now I think gyro aiming is fantastic and I will now forever miss it in games that don’t have it. Give it a try!

TL;DR: played games that have gyro aiming for a few hundred hours in a row and now I can’t live without it!

Discussion Earphones/Buds performance with PS5 (3.5mm /USB-C/ BT and 2.4ghz Wireless)

Hi everyone, I've been doing research for PS5 earbuds for 3 days so I decided to start this thread for help, (to help myself and future people in need)

Little bit of background here:
- I'm on the market for earbuds/earphones to use with my PS5 as I don't want to use my gaming headset because of neck pain.

I've searched for solutions on the internet and learned some things so I decided to start this thread to discuss it and maybe get more info from people's previous research and give info to the next people's research if someone needs it in the future.

To connect anything to the PS5 we basically have two options:
- Directly to the console (USBA/C)
- To the Controller's 3.5mm Jack

For gaming we want the lowest possible Latency at the best possible sound quality.
Now let's see the problems we can encounter compared to the gaming headset experience:

2.4GHz connection with USB dongle:
My gaming headset experience was almost flawless: connected wirelessly to the USB-A, I could turn the volume up and down from the headset itself, something that is NOT possible with earbuds if they don't have controls, so 2.4ghz wireless earbuds can probably be the best bet for best result but they also are the more expensive option.

I found that that these earbuds exist, but didn't try them, I can name he following:
- RAZER Hammerhead Hyperspeed (most expensive, PS5 Certified probably the best)
- JBL Quantum TWS ( cheaper than Razer, probably usable but not as good/fancy)
- SOUNDCORE VR P10 (cheapest, some tests showed they were quite fine, but I saw that you can't control the sound when plugged with the 2.4GHz dongle... Need to verify this info if someone can help)
- SONY PS5 TWS (rumored hopefully they will be cheap)
What I could try on the other hand is:

Cheap Sony Earbuds connected to 3.5mm jack.
- Sound was way too low even at max, can't control sound without going in the consoles settings

Using BT Dongle connected to USB-C on the console (I used Creative BT-W3), I could connect my Airpods PRO 1st generation, seemless, instantly connected and recognized with SBC CODEC (the Creative dongle can deliver SBC/AptXHD/AptX/AptxLL CODECS.
- Sound was not as low as the cheap sony earbuds, but still not enough for me, and latency was way off for me (I've found that the Airpods PRO 1st gen have 161ms Latency, not horribly slow but still a bit uncomftable for gaming in my opinion)

Things I would like to try next and if I can find info about it would be:
- Better quality wired earbuds with controls connected to the 3.5mm jack on the Dualsense controller (like 1More Triple Driver or Logitech G333)
- Wired USB headphones with controls connected to the console (Like Samsung AKG for example).

Another solution for the sound controll would maybe be the Media Remote but that's an additional cost and I'm not sure buying a remote just for this, also not sure if it controls the sound of the console or the TV itself.

As for the latency problem, I found that the Dualsense controller itsel has 70ms latency, so any wired earphone will have 70ms latency.
Bluetooth can be fast with AptXLL (up to 40ms) or the new AptX Adaptive (80ms),but the wireless earbuds have to be compatible.

If I can ask I would like to know your experience with these, what worked for you and what didn't ? so I can find the perfect solution at the lowest cost, and maybe this thread will help people in the future)

Thanks in advance!
