She looks like a wonderful companion, I'm sure you gave her the best life you could and if she could have told you how much she appreciated it she would have. She's up there chasing mice in cat heaven

Very sorry to hear about cricket. Hope you're doing well at such a hard time.
Recently lost two cats we've had for 12 years in the space of two weeks.. I don't think I'll ever get over it to truthfull

As much as your heart aches, these photos show a SUPREME kitty life.
We do our best for our loved ones while we are together, then we often need to lean on that truth after they've left us.
The hardest part is that empty ache in your chest. But this will pass, and you'll remember this character forever.
Cricket is an awesome name too.

She was 13.5 when she passed. She had some issues we were trying to help her with. But she passed suddenly in bed in the early morning.

I'm so sorry. But also be grateful that she made the choice for you. The hardest and yet best decision I ever made was to send my baby over the rainbow bridge. She was a beautiful girl and I'm sure you have lots of memories. Hold them close.

I’m a very new cat dad, my parents never let me have cats and told me they suck and ruin furniture (they aren’t wrong about the furniture). But I eventually got my first baby Luna and every since I have been so obsessed and I dread the moment this happens. My condolences and may your fur baby chase plenty of mice in the after life.
