No no. Section 130 of the cat owner’s manual states that floof balls on you in a manner that doesn’t allow movement IS purrfectly and ethically legal.

You need to look at her in the eye and ask her "Are you a cop?" They have to answer the truth. If she said yes then you ask again "am I being detained or am I free to go?" Remember to sound confident as you do that.
