I’m my state the dude has already committed assault. Verbally threatening/posturing that your going to hurt/attack someone is assault; physically touching/hitting is battery.

He could also be issued a no trespassing notice by the police if the clerk/guard felt inclined to ask.

He said he was going to "burn him" which is slang for shooting someone and that's why security guy goes WITH WHAT? calling lil man's bluff. So yes, he did threaten his life multiple times
